Samantha is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University. Where she was a part of the ONU softball program for four years, playing both corners as well as a designated hitter. She graduated with a bachelors in Exercise Science and is currently working as a sports performance trainer at Velocity All Sport in Mokena. She is also pursuing her CSCS credentials in hope of becoming a Strength and conditioning coach.
Samantha has been playing softball for many years since the age of 5. She first started her travel ball career with the Lincoln-way Blue wave and ended her career as an Orland A. As for high school she was a three sport athlete participating in Volleyball, Basketball, and Softball receiving all conference and all area through out her high school career with a highlight her junior year with a 3rd place finish at state in softball.
After the ending of my collegiate career I still wanted to be involved in softball and give back to the game and the girls who show a passion for it. The Chicago Cheetahs organization was the perfect opportunity for me to do that at an elite travel ball level. My goal is to teach the girls a strong base of fundamentals that they are capable of building off of into more complexity as they continue into the game of softball.
