Chuck Niemeier

Chuck Niemeier has 25 years coaching experience. He has coached multiple sports and has a unique skill set that allows him to understand and relate to young athletes. Coach Chuck has built an impressive resume coaching Girls Basketball, Lacrosse, Baseball, Wrestling, Football, and Softball. He started coaching girls softball in 2011, where he coached the 10U team for the Blue Wave organization. Chuck moved up through the organization to 13U, where he moved to the Lincoln-Way Storm organization and assisted through 16U. Chuck then moved on to coach 14U, 16U, and 18U college exposure level softball.  At this level he has helped several girls attain college scholarships.  

Coach Chuck was one of the founding members of the New Lenox Youth Football/Cheer program. He served as a head football coach and the president of the organization, which had over 200 kids involved in the program. Chuck currently has several past athletes playing football at the collegiate level and a couple that are on professional rosters. Chuck has coached football and wrestling at the National level where he has won a national tournament coaching his nephew, who is currently an All-American wrestler at the University of North Carolina. 

Chuck is known as a coach that is very close with his players. He maintains relationships with players that have moved on to be adults. Chuck lives in New Lenox with his wife Gina, his son Reese and daughter Gianna. Gianna is a 2020 graduate and is committed to the University of North Florida, where she will continue her softball experience. Reese is a 2021 graduate and is currently playing Lacrosse for Team Illinois, where he hopes to continue to play in college.
